I love it when a band I thought dead and buried for a long time resurface from the ashes and claims glory with a victorious comeback, which is IMHO almost better than anything else they've released before! Such is the case of Mörk Gryning, in hiatus for so long but then enthralling us with amazing Swedish BM reminiscent of Necrophobic. 8 solid tracks and 4 crafty interludes proving the musicians' satisfactionism. Opus Magnum! sachavonkarl74
The first 30 seconds of "Revenge by Fire" convinced me to get the whole album! It is a face-melting blend of speed and black metal, reminiscent of Hellripper! KVAEN is a Swedish solo project much like Hellripper but many known guest musicians helped J. Björnfot in his endeavor. Altogether it is really a solid debut album, I loved the melodies and the pace changes in the second half too, ending with a "calm" instrumental one. Well-done!! sachavonkarl74
With their deviant kind of Black Metal, White Ward are far away from mediocre. If you’re looking for something different and sophisticated try these guys! You won‘t be disappointed! Sælzer Bub
